Conférence 7 :
Immersion :: À l’intérieur de l’illusion

La recherche scientifique et artistique contribue à l’avancement de ce qu’on peut considérer comme le début de l’ère immersive où l’ensemble des étapes de création se voient bouleversées : de la scénarisation à la réalisation de trames visuelles et sonores. C’est la stimulation sensorielle du spectateur – souvent inconscient de son impact sur l’évolution des choses – qui permet d’atteindre une immersion complète ou partielle de celui-ci dans la pseudo réalité.

Cette édition d'Interface[s] Montréal prend la forme de 7 conférences-démos mensuelles. Les thématiques proposées et développées par plus de 35 experts conférenciers sont présentées à l'Espace SAT, un environnement interactif favorisant les contacts et les échanges. L’événement se déroule en trois temps (présentations, débat ou échanges, buffet réseautage), stimulant ainsi les rencontres intersectorielles.

Each event is divided into three phases (presentations, debate or exchanges, networking buffet) designed to optimize cross-sector synergies.
