In the aerospace and defense industries, the unique way of linking information to the human being is the simulation. The creation of virtual environments (with increasing realism and fidelity) is indispensable for training. This represents a real technological challenge. Various tools and and stages are necessary to create simulations: creating 3D content, creating scenarios (with numerous variables), and creating artificial intelligence which enables the definition of the behaviousrs of people in new and strange environments. Thus, a number of independent systems are created. Then, it’s a question of putting them together to create a complete real-time simulation.
