About this demo-conference

[In French]

“We create images, visualizations to see things which would otherwise not be visible.”

In the age of the great European empires, we already used graphics to represent the scope / range of occupied territories or the importance of losses (or gains) of humans during a war.

Visualization is indispensable for showing interrelated multidimensional data. The growth in the amount of data as well as the multiplication of the number of sources of data is just beginning, Research has been carried out on the overabundance of data on our screens. Today, we know that animation, zooming and interaction are real alternatives to the problems of too much data. Eventually, 3D will be used, in moderation, especially in cases where it’s useful to rotate data to see different layers of data.
