5:45 – 6:00pm Opening address by the moderator (''Espace lounge numérique”) Introduction of the topic and speakers by the moderator (“Espace conférence-demos)

6:00 – 7:30pm The evening’s selected speakers present their projects and research information one after the other. 20 minutes is allotted for each oral presentation.

7:30 – 8:00pm Question and answer panel

8:00 – 8:30pm Networking

The demos-conferences unfold in a multimedia environment where attendees are immersed in a world inspired by the evening’s theme

Espace lounge numérique

The demo-conference takes place in the “Espace conférence-démos” at the SAT, which is transformed into a larger-than-life interactive gameboard.
